He also holds a Master’s degree (M.I.L.R.) in Industrial and Labor Relations with an emphasis on Human Resource Management from Nigeria’s premier University, the University of Ibadan (1987).

He is married to Omo Ghandi-Olaoye and their union is blessed with twin daughters.

He is also the Chairman of Quest Oil & Gas (ASCON Oil), an independent marketer of petroleum products (storage, distribution and sales) in Nigeria and Quest Engineering Company, a value-driven energy company providing eco-friendly and innovative services in the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
A member of the Board of Trustees of Strategy for Mentoring Initiative & Leadership Empowerment (S.M.I.L.E.), a non-profit organisation focused on youth entrepreneurship for development, he also serves on the board of A Smile on Their Faces Initiative, a non-profit focus group for people living with disabilities.
His Imperial Majesty Òrumọgẹ̀gẹ̀ III, Sọ̀ún of Ògbómọ̀ṣọ́ Land, was the Senior Pastor of R.C.C.G. Jesus House DC in Silver Spring, MD, from 1996 to August 2023. During this time, he served as an Advisor and Council Member on the Council for New Americans for Governor Martin O’Malley of Maryland in the U.S.A. from January 2009 to 2013. During his four-year tenure on the Council, he assisted the Governor in forming policies on immigrant integration into the state of Maryland.
He is an Associate of the International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA), a forum created for the exchange of cross-cultural ideas globally, that was chaired by the late Dr Myles Munroe. He represented Myles Munroe International in Nigeria for over 10 years.
